[Resolved]  Maruthi Wagon R — Poor Service

I would like to inform you the following points for your attention and action.

- When your service advisor received the vehicle around 8.30am, he told me that, once the vehicle is ready he will call me to my mobile number and accordingly he himself collected my mobile number also. Accordingly I was waiting, but no information.

- When he received the vehicle for service, I particularly asked about the interior cleaning and he told about the vacuum cleaning service and he will do. Also he told me about the engine oil changing and I do agree.

- When I came around 5.30pm, my vehicle was in the same condition as before (with full of dust & dirt inside). I was informed about the service adviser and suddenly he called the service technician and the information given to me was ‘the vacuum cleaner is not working’.

I spoke to the Service Manager and he told that ‘we having only one vacuum cleaner and it is not working’. So my question is - such a big industry you are dealing and your company is having only one vacuum cleaner, it is too shame for your prestigious company. I have been waiting for a long time for getting my vehicle service to be done and when I came for getting back my vehicle and watching all these things, it is quite painful to me. If the vacuum cleaner not working, the same can be informed me earlier or at least while collecting your ‘Instant Feedback Card’. I had pointed out all those things and suddenly the vacuum cleaner is not working and so I believe that it is a readymade answer.

Under these situations, I have a doubt that whether you had done the engine oil changing, because the visible dirt inside interior is still existing and how can I believe that the oil inside the engine is old or new?

Being the vehicle is of having ‘Free Services’ I understood that your company is doing for only name sake and it is not at all meeting the customer needs / satisfaction.

Based on the above circumstances, I would to like to rate your overall workshop service quality is very poor.

first service of my wagon r not required a engine oil change,said by your ernakulam north service centre.can u replay me why it is not required???my contact number is [protected].
