[Resolved]  MARUTI 800 AC — UNSATISFY WITH SERVICING AND ALIGNMENT

Hello All

This is Harish Kumar, I had purchased my Maruti 800 AC DL 5CB 9411 from your True value showroom, I would like to inform you that I have given my Car for service to Bagga Link Patparganj on 12 July. I am completely unsatisfy with your service, As I had told all the problems to your Mr. Deepak. My car is also needs wheel balancing and alignment. I had also personally talked to him for the same. But, on 12 July evening, when I reached to take my car return after service, I have seen that there was no any washing, no any alignment, no any service, no any filter change had dane by Bagga link. Since this is my paid service so I had paid Rs. 400/- (with taxes) for alignment but I am completely not satisfy with your service and alignment.

I had done several follow up to your employees, but they are not entertaining me.

Please note that I am facing too much problem to drive my car. My car is running very heavy now. When I had paid 400/- to you, then why I am facing alignment problem in my car?? Today I have not any time to rectify the same from any other place. Now please tell me, what can you do for my Car??

As I feel, you will not take any action to give better service to my car.

At last I can say that I had done big mistake to purchase my car from Bagga link. I will not do these type of mistake in future.
