Maruti 800 AC Uniq — Dealerside

Dear Sir,
We have purchased the MARUTI 800 AC UNIQ vehicle from JAI KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES on[protected]. The Vehicle No : TN 38 AY 6044 – Owner of the Vehicle – Mr.R.Anbalagan


1. We gave vehicle under FREE SERVICE, the dealer checked the CHASSIS NO
which was in some other’s name (MA3ECA12S[protected].
(We are having following doubts
1) Who is the Owner of the Vehicle?
2) What is the reason for CHASSIS No Controversy?
3) If anything happens, who will claim the Insurance?
4) Which is my Vehicle for the payment given?

2. We would like to inform you that we have not received Manual & Service Booklet from the date of Purchase[protected].
(The dealer told that the manuals are in Printing. We don’t know whether it is possible in MARUTI SUZUKI)

3. After 2 months the Vehicle given to FREE SERVICE, but they charged Rs 450.00 due to not available Service Booklet in the Dealer point.

4. We received the RC original copy after 2 month only (On the road 500 Km)
