[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — servicing issue

Hello Sir/ Mam,

My Name is Debendra Nandi, I have one Maruti Alto parched on March 2007 from Narayani Motor, Bhubaneswar.
I have always did my all servicing from its own service station (Narayani Motor).

I did my 4th service (paid service) on last Saturday.I was informed by the technical adviser there that I have some problem in my steering box which causes the bad sound while I drive and might be I will face problem if I will not replace it with new one.

While I get my car in the even (9:30PM) I found following problem,

1.The car is not wash properly, the dust are still there inside my car.
2.The pressure of 4 wheel are not ok (It was not check properly )
3.The clause plate was not check properly.
4.One bad sound is coming from my back side of my car.

The most important thing is I have not get any free check up call since one year plus I never follow-up after any service I made there.

now my car is running with show me around 25, 000 KM and I wound if I get a call 2 months back I might avail a free parts for my car which cost RS.3, 500.00.

Please let me know what need to be done now.
