[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — non receipt of R.C.Book

I got delivered with Maruti Alto car from the Maruti Dealer, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu on 6.1.2010. The RC Book of the above car was required to be endorsed with the hypothecation clause by the RTO, Tuticorin. Accordingly, I submitted my office papers to the Dealer by two weeks delayed way. However, till date, even after the lapse of about one and a half months, I am yet to receive the corrected RC Book duly endorsed with the hypothecation clause. The Dealer at Tuticorin from whom I purchased the Car had not taken required steps to finalize the above issue. For want of this document, I am held up in my office. Kindly intervene and help me.

popular service/alto — non receipt of manual

Dear sir,
I have handed over my alto car for second service at popular service, saligramam, chennai, vide reg.no TN10V7085 ON 4.3.2009 AND received back after service without manual book.The same was informed to recepniest many time, no action so far.
I expect do needful.

Maruti Alto — Quality of material in very low

Dear Sir,

I have bought a car since june 2009. It's an basic maruti alto model.
I have found it has a very low quality material of roof. like as a paper sheet.
when I am driving car or when parking if we only press roof is going up and down.

I have spend my all money for bought this car.
It has some faults. Please help me.

now on roof I have found some scratch line because top roof going down and up .

Stealing car parts from your car
ohh Popular forget about going there. I was a great customer and bought swift. When I left my car for repair in the body shop (after a minor accident) I have found my speaker systems were stolen.Luckily we havent left the premises so they stole the speakers from some one else system and replaced it in my car. Asked them what the 5uck is going on. Sir we will fix you in your service visit. I will provide you a new speakers and give you nice offer.
They crash my bonet in front of my eyes and claim that it was done previously.

With the broken heart being a fool I left my car there for the second time. Guess what, they claimed huge amount of money to the insurance and fixed some of the old parts that was on my third visit.

First visit: Car was water washed and the only outer part was fixed. Inner lining wasnt there. shocking the water will spill directly into the bonet and electrical systems. Manager says : "Sir car is fully ready".

Gave warning went for the second time after two days.

Second visit: I have found they have pasted the same old parts still and the part was claimed in the insurance?? Whats goning Onnnnnnnnnn?/????

Spoken to ther area manager and agreed to be fully ready next time.

Third visit: This time I opened my bonet inside to see if everthing alright, GUys please note this down. They tore my cars inner sponge sheet ( Black one) and fixed the bonet and repainted it. It will take only two minutes to carefully remove the buttons and remove it rather than tearing.

What a beautiful and dexterous work done. Besides me there was another customer screaming to the core as he left his car for just a glass replace. Found the car inner doors products were completely replaced with another model. Their car interior use to have the finger click lock system now completely different.
Besides his car seats were torn.

He left his car for just a glass replaced. This car was there as a second car for those one month they stole and replace the parts from his car to the others and charged the money.

BEWARE POPULAR IS STEALING YOUR CAR PARTS AND SELLING OUTSIDE. BESIDES GETTING THE MONEY FROM INSURANCE TOO.

I am even ready to face this a** holes in court as I have collected the enough evidence.

Last but not least. Through a friend from another company I came to know that these guys will change the unhappy customers phone numbers to one of their own manager numbers. Once they received a call from direct Maruthi they will simply boast on their own and after two days change the number back.

Maruti Alto — poor service quality from the beginning

I have purchased an Alto car from Jay Bee automobile Duliajan sub division of Dibrugarh Jay Bee. It is a defective piece from the beginning. I have complaint this a lot to the Dibrugarh jay bee n faught a lot with them.. There has been a sound in m y car from the day i have purchased from them. But they deed nothing in regard of this but this time after 2 years when i have got no proper service from them I thought of complaining it to you. it was just a wastage of money. I even asked them to change m y car just after purchasing it but they said that a little sound remains. is it so??? because i have been driving car for more than 15 years and its been maruti all the time.. Should I stop purchasing maruti?? or will you listen to me because its been hard earned money..at the beginning I asked them to either replace or give me the proper servicing that which makes my car soundless which is impossible ..Now after 2 years of purchasing you tel me what should I do..sales man was manabjyoti.
