i m using maruti swift vxi car.i had met with an accident last year.and we will ask modern co. for repair they said nothing to worry and they willl gave us a estimate nearly 45000rs.and when we will ask insurance co. they cheat us and giving unsufficient amount.when we will received such amount then modern co. said that the car is fullly damaged..both companies cheated us, every employee used his faulty power.after completion of repair of a car.they fitted damaged tyres also..so plz tell me what can i do.this is my worst experience in my life...is i m faulty that i m buing car from modern maruti showrum..plz do something in my favour...thanks.
