Hi,
When i apply my car brakes I get a small sound which makes me feel that brake is applied in steps.
I gave the car to service center( Sagar automobiles, bangalore) and they serviced the vehicle and billed me for 1600+ Rs/- for brakes related maintenance. However after the delivery of the vehicle i realized that the problem is not rectified. upon complaint, they have taken my vehicle again and told me they rectified the problem. But i see the same problem again after 2 days. Again i had to take the vehicle to service center. They are repeating the same story again, This time it did work for couple of months(i use my vehicle ocassionally) and problem is back again.

Yes it is true. They are also the members of the professional cheaters. I had the dragging noise of the break in reverse gear. After a fined amount (For the mistake of giving service at Sagar Automobiles) of Rs 2500/- only, with worsening the condition of the Car. He also asked me to bring the car for next service stating that clutch assy, Gear Assy ... are in age old state. If you pepoles also want to your car parts to be available in shivajinager Gujuri (Garrage), please give servicing here only.
The Famous Manager's name is Anand.
The ugly part is he stole my old cassette's used in tape recorder, Car Cleaner Oil bottel!! and says it was not present when it was brought for servicing.
