I have purchased Maruti Wagon-R, VXI model on 21st Nov-2010 from Dewar’s Garage, Tapsia Showroom, Kolkata. I would like to share my experience with this purchase of new Car. This experience is so bad than I was not expected. THe series of wrong commitments are as follows
1.You have given me defective piece of same car. While delivery, my right side mirror was not working which I have highlighted during delivery & taken note of it on delivery memo. I co-operated to the sales team & taken delivery. They called me on working day to attend same issue. I went to the showroom on 4th nov. at 12.20PM with pre-confirmation of attending the issue from mr. shubham of sales team. After reaching to the Tapsia show room, concern Sales executive, Mr. Shubham, misguided me that there is strike in workshop, which was confirmed, that there is no strike in workshop but he don’t want to take me to work-shop as workshop will be closed at 1.00PM. He just called me to handover car papers. Sales manager mr. Manas, had demonstrated behavior that he is doing any favors by talking to me without solving any issue. If there is issue with timing, he would have communicated to me, during preconfirmation of appointment, to go directly to workshop due to timing constrains on saturday. It may be half day for Workshop team, but I am a service man & took leave to attend the same issue which got wasted. Secondly I stay in Behala which is about20-24KM from the showroom. Is it a customer service expected from any Maruti Authorised Dealer that to complete their responsibility & not giving any customer service to attend/repair the manufacturing defects issues.
2.You have not given me total money receipts of total money paid by me. They have taken about Rs. 1000 more then total vouchers they have given against the money I have given to them.
3.During pre-finalizing the purchase deal, misguided me by telling that either Sony or Kenwood music system will be coming with VXI model latter which came to be very cheap music system not having any remote facility & no USB connection mode.
4.While purchase deal, he has committed to give me some basic accessories like stearing cover, foot mat, & additional Rs. 2500 accissories which I can choose. Latter on he stick to only Rs. 2500 Accessories.
5.They have committed some time for delivery but latter on delivery date, delivery experience was so pathetic that I need to wait for 2-3hrs in showroom to take delivery. Only top surface was cleaned but entire car from bottom was very dirty.
There are still some bad experience which I don’t want to mention.
My expectations from writing this feedback it how you can improve the customer service & now I can not take further leave for attending any issue. So how the side mirror will be attended.
