Dear Sir,
The product is delivered to me. The product falls below my expectations. The Product is from old stock. Month of manufacturing is Jan 2012. Its more than 1 year old model.
But the product is damaged. Its plastic fan at the bottom inside the body is in damaged condition. The body was also in opening condition from bottom. This may be due to shock during transit.
The main thing is that the MRP as mentioned on product is 2480/- while the advertised is 2799/- at your website. A buyer make decision of purchase considering MRP and discounts as major factors. Showing false MRP on website is illegal in India.
The other thing is the Specification of item is also less in actual product. On actual product Motor RPM is mentioned as 18000 RPM, while at your website its 20,000 rpm written.
I hope your company already aware of these disperencies in the product. If your company do not believe me. I can send scanned image of MRP, specifications, etc on box to justify my complaint.
Please advice what to do in this case.
I inquired at locally, they said fan replacement cost will be 130 INR. The difference in MRP is 2799 minus 2480 equals 319. After 36.7% discount on your website, the difference in Price will be 201.60 INR. If your company agrees to refund me 219 + 130 = 349 INR, I will replace its fan from market and will keep the product.
Alternatively, you can also replace product with product of correct MRP and specifications. Please resolve the matter at earliest. I have to give the Product in my sister's marriage...
Please reply as soon as possible.
