I, Mrs Aashi Gupta paid Rs 60000/- as a Franchisee Fee , which is refundable as promised. .
The amount Rs60000/- is directly paid to M/s Maxmind India 's bank account from My account online whose details are as follows.

After that i have not done any business nor support received, So I requested to close my franchisee and to refund of money .
Several mails & telephonic discussion done with Mrs Richa Sharma, but mone than one year passed still I have not received any responce.

Thus I have been cheated.

MaxMind India Customer Care's response Mrs Aashi Gupta is adviced to remove this misleading claim from this website within 15 days or else the company shall move to court of law with a defamation case. She was never entitled for refund as she has not met with the conditions mutually agreed. If she still feel that she is being cheated, she must file a case in court against the company, but she has no right to defame the company and raise false & misleading complaints on public platform.
