[Resolved]  mediclaim policy — REFUSE TO PAY CLAIM,NO HEARING BY IRDA,CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL,INS OMBUDSMAN,CRIME BRANCH ETC

there are many type of sayings about consumer rights and their economic securities in our india.indian govt also spent lot of money to establish consumer foarms,consumer grivance redressal cell,irda etc.but sharp truth is that consumer is not getting any advantage from these foarms.i think so that these foarms are only for cruppt and cheater companies.
i had purchased a mediclaim policy from united india ins co through INSTANT HEALTHCARE PVT LTD -1107 new delhi house barakhamba road new delhi-110001 first time in 2007.i renew it regularlDETAIL OF THIS CASEy time to tme.in 2009 i deposit renewal to IHPL but he not send to me policy for[protected].unfortunatly when claim of my son had come IHPL, E-MEDITEK TPA SEVICES denied by given my claim.i had complaint to irda,insurance ombudsman,consumer grivance redressal cell,crime branch,police department,anti crupption bureau etc,but all of they did not give to me any satisfaction.WHILE IN THIS CASE A BIG FRAUD OF INSTANT HEALTHCARE PVT LTD HAD OPEN IN FRONT.i had given renewal primium for united ins co policy.but IHPL had given tpa card from oriental ins co and policy from BHARTI AXA GENRAL INS CO .tpa in bhrti axa policy is GENINS INDIA TPA .my claim paper submitted to E-MEDITEK TPA SERVICES by IHPL.my claim denied by E-MEDITEK TPA SERVICES.i want to know from E-MEDITEK how can he denied my claim and on which co policy.DETAIL OF THIS CASE IS---

I have submitted all original claim papers on 14.01.2009. But till now I am not getting any claim from TPA.

Please, do something to recover my claim amount.

I am also facing same problem regarding Maternity Benefit for My Wife. I had Group insurance policy from my company. The vendor is FHPL (fhpl.net). I csubmitted all the document requseted by them in Novemebr 2010 itself. I am following since then but nothing is moving forward.

My Wife's UHID No: RGIC.[protected]

They are saying they are following up with their regional offices. I dont know in this era of emails how much time it takes to follow up.

Basically at the time of policy sell they will promise everything and nothing will be provided at the time of claim.

SIR, I HAVE TAKEN A MEDI CLAIM POLICY FOR MY MOTHER AND AFTER COMPLETING 3RD YEAR, SHE HAD A CLAIM FOR RS. 11861.00 . SHE WAS HOSPITALISED FOR TWO DAYS IN AMRUTA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, COCHIN. THE ADMISSION WAS PRIORLY INFORMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY(M/S. STAR HEALTH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO.LTD.) . THE HOSPITAL DID MRC SCAN, AND INCURED ROOM RENT, AND MEDICAL BILLS. NOW, THE COMPANY REFUSED HER CLAIM TOTALLY BY SAYING, THE DISEASE AND TREATMENT IS NOT RELATED !!! I WAS SURPRISED TO READ THE REJECTION LETTER FROM M/S. STAR HEALTH. THIS REJECTION WAS SENT TO US AFTER TWO MONTHS TIME, AFTER SUBMITTING THE CLAIM !!! REALLY "PROFIT" ORIENTED COMPANY, AND NOT A CUSTOMER ORIENTED COMPANY. NEVER BELEIVE SUCH MEDICLAIM COMPANIES. [protected]@yahoo.com

mediclaim policy — claim cannot completed

My father takeing PANCARD CLUB mediclaim policy in 2008.last year in augest my father is paralyiesd. At that time i will submited all of documents in PANCARD CLUB office. But 7 months latter her claim does not clear. Her officer cant give me satisfied answer.
Mr chavan, please mention details, like, which membership you have taken, what documents you submitted for your mediclaim, and what answer you've got from Pancard clubs office. Otherwise, what you have written in your complaint is showing that your problem is not real.

My A/C No.[protected] in Punjab National Bank. i have not yet received my royal medi cliam insurance policy bond and ID card. I Enquired about my policy to the bank Manager, he replied and show me the amount of Rs1775/-(one lakh policy)was debited by DD on 09/10/2015. But the Calicut circle office planning department no t taken any appropriate action in this regard. The manager of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Kuthuparambha show me the mailed documents of my policy.
