I am a 2011 passed out.i am searching a software job i didn't care about the salary.After few days getting chance from Medmeme.But they give me cut copy paste job that is data entry job in this company only 6 to 8 members are working in software that to support They will trick u asking regularly about Ur skill in software u will think that u will be moved to software side that not going to happen till the end u have to do cut copy paste in excel sheet.
What the trick is they know even for data entry job other companies are paying more then 10,000 per months at the end of every year that is Dec and Jan fresher will look for software job to get into software industry he will not care about the salary because next batch will come soon that the same feeling i had and i had struck with this company the working time is 9.30 AM-7.30 PM Monday - Saturday sometime even Sunday u will be asked to come in the gap i[censored] get a software job in other company u will be asked to pay 50,000 for breaking the bond initially they said breaking the bond u have to pay 3 month salary i[censored] argue with them they will warn u that they will terminate and u cant join any company in India what i am saying is 100% true i[censored] further have doubts ask to any employee except the manager and team leaders and john christoper of that company
