Mercury — my board is not work

i have a murcury mother board PI945 GCM and its stuck in 10 or 12 min all time i m format full hard drive and i m copy a new window but it can't work properly i m in problem please help me what i do and it is off directly sometimes no malware,spyware virus are in my computer becouse i m format my computer.

Never buy mercury products especially Motherboard and SMPS.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have purchased mercury motherboard few months before and still having warranty period. we have sent it to Kolkata service centre but they said its not repairable they return and said if we pay they will try to repair. But after receiving motherbord they said its not repairable. They have not given any replacement for the same, the motherboard is still undetr warranty please help me regarding this. In Kolkata Kizen is the auhorised service centre at G. C. AVENUE.

Dear sir / Madam i have buy my motherbord 25-03-16 its not working so i gave to service center paradise Secunderabad. Telangana on 05-07-16 and he gave me back on 30-07-16 when i put my mother board its not working he gave me worst condition mother board having rust on compunents iam suffering a lot to run my shop plaz take necessary action Service Center no. is[protected]
