[Resolved]  Metro water — Metro water with foul smell

Sir,
We are residing at vadivelu street, Perambur. We are getting the metro water with foul smell (i.e mixed with sewage water) for the past one year along with worms in the morning hours. Only twenty days back we cleaned our Sump. Because of one day water our whole sump water is in unusable condition. We dont know how to remove the sump water. We are paying about Rs.1000 for cleaning every time.Please do the needful .Help us to clean the sump.
