WE ARE STAYING IN MHADA DEVLOPED BUILDING IN YEAR 1980, THE SOCIETY IS REGESTERED AND CANVANC OF THE BUILDING HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US FROM MHADA, OUR SOCITY HAVE DECIDED TO GO FOR REDEVLOPMENT OF OUR SOCIETY BUILDING, I WISH TO KNOW THAT , HOW MUCH CARPET AREA CAN BE OFFERED BY BUILDER TO EACH OF THE SOCIETY MEMBERS UNDER MHADA DCR 33/5. ,OUR SOCIETY PLOT AREA IS 1184 SQ.MT ,20 MEMBERS, EACH FLAT 472 CARPET AREA., IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION OF AREA OFFER UNDER DCR 33 (5).
