mhada flat registration — why i cant register the document?
I have paid stamp duty.I have original allotment letter of mhada duly stamp duty paid.Besides this I have Property card issued by society(proposed) and the payment receipt of mhada for maintanace which includes assessment tax.
Now my question is why cant the registrar register my document and collect registration charges.Why he should ask for many many many other paper.Mine is a MHADA deluxe HIG building situated at Powai.
In my view MHADA does not construct unauthorised buildings and that too Deluxe building.then why ask for so many document for registration?
Hope my complaint will be addressed to and I am able to register my document with Sub registrar at Chemur with the following paper:
Original allotment letter duly stamp dutypaid.
Copy of property card
Latest payment challan/receipt to MHADA for maintanance and assessment charges
