[Resolved]  MHADA, Mumbai — Leakage problem from the above flat

Hello! Sir,
I am a resident or Akanksha Co.op Hsng soc. Charkop, Kandivali west, Mumbai. Its a ragistered society from MHADA. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat bathroom, since last one year. The residents staying in the flat above does not agree to do the leakage repair work.The society has sent him two notices, asking him to get his bathroom flooring repaired, and the cost will be shared equally by both the parties. He completely ignores all these notices. I am seriously worried about the structure getting weak. Its now impossible to sit in the bathroom as the leakage has increased a lot since last few days. Please help me on this matter. I can provide you all the ragistration papers of the society and an official letter from the secretary of the society stating that they favour us.

Dear Sir,

I would like to brought to your notice that in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Nr. elphinstone Road, Kamgar Stadiuam. Dadar (W) Mumbai - 28. there is a rehabilitation work is going on under SRA Scheme (MHADA) by Kaushik More & Babulal Verma (Builders)

The following points are brought to your notice

1. Before the construction took place in above said area there was about 800 slums. Now the builder says it was above 1100 rooms to be alloted. I really do not know other extra 300 rooms to whom he is allotting. I think there was big corruption & Conspiracy is going on.

2. Some of local gundas & some Society members have made their single room in to doubled or even triple rooms. They also have made photo pass & other legal documents by giving bribes to the Bureaucrats & BMC officers.

3. Earlier we were told that Building will have 7 0r 8 floors. Now the builder is constructing 14 Floors without consent of the slum people.

4. Also it was came to know that builder is selling extra rooms to 22 to 25 lacs by making duplicate photo pass & other legal documents by giving a bribe to BMC & other officers.


I would like to request you to see above complaints & do the need full.

I was the applicant for allotment of flats in Pratiksha Nagar, Mumbai whan applications were invited in the year 2006 and due to the result of lottory in the month of July 2006 my name was put in the waiting list at 52 number but nither I have been allotted the flat nor any communication has been made to me.

Therefore you are requested to allot the flat at communicate to me.

I am a resident in 9-A/320, 3rd Floor, MHADA Transit Camp, Antop Hill, Mumbai-400037. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat bathroom, since last one year. The resident staying in the flat above is not a registered owner. i have given a rental receipt three times to MHADA complaint officer Mr. Pathak, Antop Hill Division, asking him to get this bathroom flooring repaired. He completely ignores all these notices. I am seriously worried about the structure getting weak. Its now impossible to sit in the bathroom as the leakage has increased a lot since last few days. Please help me on this matter. I can provide you all the ragistration papers of the society and an official letter from the secretary of the society stating that they favour us.

This is hereby inform you that the proposed SRA scheme will be start within a month at janu compound, kurar village, malad(e)-400097.but builders has to failed to fuifill his commitments which was given before 2/3 years.the following points I would like to bring your notice.

1.Instead of constructing 12 floors, builder is going to be construct 23 floor bldg.which is not affordable by local cummunity.
2.Builder has not shown any layout /model of proposed project to the local slum dwellers.
3.Builder/ society is issuing rental cheque witout any prior written notice & without GENERAL BODY MEETING.
4.The land over the project is to be construct, it does not having clear title from respective government athourity.
5.Also there are so many problems related to these scheme which is not able to communicate here.

Hereby I am requesting to you to look into these matter as early as possible.

This is to inform u that, in sector no. 2 there is a building name charkop shantidoot chs ltd, (it is nr charkop police stationt),

A gentleman named Mr. Lamba have just purchase the flat, , now what he has done, is that he has increased the area of the living room, by demolising the outer side of the building, so now the original diagram/layout of the builing which was approved the the mhada, as per the building plan in the agreement is changed. and also building elevation is also changed,

so i request u to please come personally and see whether it is legal or illegal because i think that it is going to harm the building structure, and also catch hold the builder mr. dharmesh shah for the same. and the existing person of that flat.

sir i am a resident of chatrapati shivaji raje complex ekta nagar kandivali west mumbai 67 hereby i want to in form you that one lady is staying illeagaly in bld no 50 flat no 702 named priya mondal who is saying the widow of theowner of above said flat and she also made fake documents with the help of some local congress leaders and with some new and old member of the bld those who are helping dr abdul razzaq who was also involve with her in the death of mr balwant bansal by whos name the flat is registerd he was a member of the society and that lady was working as a house maid in his flat and now after his death mrs priti s gawde (605/606 new member) helped her to making falls documents be cause that lady gawde is also a out line lady she killed her husband, she kidnapped her grandson her daughter in law went to police station in charkop after that police helped her to get the baby back now that lady gawde is in volved with one of her brother in law who is working in mantralaya thats why that lady dont care anybody and they both wants to make a buisness of wrong things in their flat lots of people comes god knows for what so our request to you that please take care of the flat no 702 because we are verry sure that those ladies are not so good and in future they can do many things wrong.

We have Monorail contruction going on near our society Navjivan Chembur, Everyday there is So much of Traffice Jam, I have area's of concern:-
1) Everyday it takes more than 25 minutes to move from that road in car.
2) There are no U-turns kept & if we have move other side, we have to go till end & then turn, that tales more than 20 minutes evceryday.
3) Incase of Emmergence, if we approach the traffic managing authorities, they speak with full SLANG & have no manners.
If we cannot manage why do You People make our Life HELL, Please discard this project.
There is no Use of Exploiting OUR MOney.
4) Kindly make the Traffic movement fast.
5) There are Trucks parked in that Narrow road, due to which Traffice increases & this causes Nuacanse.
If you can take Some action, PLEASE HELP us.

I am Prachi Abhyankar room Aurangabad I got Gala No.LIG 605 in Devlai Parisar . we allredy paid total amount took finanace from IDBI Bank Rs. 295000.00+ other Chanrges + 3 Month intrest to mhada, Allotment received Dated 30.Jun-2010, yet we are not getting Pusation of our house. We are asking to your officers about sale deed & lease deed of our house there saying no body is having authority for this That why we are not getting pusetion of our house,
Please Considar the same & give us the dissigion our house.

i am a resident of shubham karoti co.op.hsng society, 1st floor, room no 2, pathare park, ambernath(east).
i am facing a leakage problem from the above flat. there is pipeline as well as bathroom problem. plumber has earlier told them to change the bathroom flooring as well as pipeline. our society has sent them two notices asking them to get their bathroom repaired. they just got their pipeline repaired and they are not willing to change to d bathroom flooring. they always saying we dnt have enough money. we want to renovate our living room but due to these reasons we are unable to do so. For few days they were nt here n leakage completely stopped bt nw when they returned leakage has started. please help us. I can provide you all the ragistration papers of the society and an official letter from the secretary of the society.

My name is Shrimukhi . K. Yeligety. and My father name is Krishna R. Yeligety. we staying in Swarajyya Co.op. Hsg Society. Bldg no-3, Ground Floor, Room no 17, Nr. Kamgar Stadium. Elephinston Rd. Dadar Mumbai 13.

1) i am facing lost of problem from our society members & Mhada members. regarding for photo pass of my residence.

2) Six month before we filled the photo pass form.

3) Till now we haven't received any photopass from your side. we already inequired in your Mhada office.
the officer those who are work in photopass department. they saying your society member said don't send this person photopass..

Kindly request you to..please look at my complaint. and solve the my problem as soon as possible

Dear SRA,

I have a elder brother who owned a SRA flat.

The Problem is that the Building Society has alloted the room to someone else. We had filed a case against the society and the builder also.
In the Hearing the Honourable Court ordered the Society to surrender the keys to the SRA within eight days and SRA to handover the keys to us after that.

The Society has surrendered the keys to SRA but still the room is occupied by some one.

SRA is not ready to handover the keys to us (don't know the exact reason behind this)

My brother, who owns the room is working in Oman(Muscat from last 5 years). So he is not available in Mumbai.

I want to know how & where to register a complaint against Society against this act.


Please help us.

I am a resident of bldg-419, room-102, tagore nagar, vikhroli east, Mumbai. Its a registered society from MHADA. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat bathroom, since last 12 years. No one staying in the flat, becuase its reserved for MHADB staff, due to leakage problem my computer loss about Rs.25000/-
Please help me on this matter.

i am first owner of my flats, from last 8 years i am having leackage problem from my above flats both are second owner, one lady is old widow, and another also is widow and staying in his sons flat, so many times i didn't bothered them and i did repairing with totally my own expences, but last time once i went to tell them that do not hang any thing while washing clothes and i asure you that i was very polite when i talked to thembut then also they both made a complaint against me to local police station, that i gave them life theirtghtning so this time i am directly requesting to you about my problem, in our building our commitee is hopeless, nobody want to do any thing for society and all the time politics, nothing eles, can you guide me that what should i do for my problem?because my downstair flat owner is getting the same probem from my above flat but he dont want to understand, please do somrthing.and help me.thanx
Leakage problem from terrace/ the branches of trees entering from windows, I am the resident of 31/546, Adarsh Nagar, Worli would like to draw your attention that after so many verbal talks with the Administer Mr.Aneroa and his assistant appointed by u for our building 'regarding the abovementioned problem, the complaint is being neglected after the leakage work is done by the contractor appointed by them without our information.

I am facing leakage problem from my above flat , since last one year.
