[Resolved]  Microwave Oven — Not functioning

I have made complaint on 13/01/2012 regarding micro wave oven is not functioning. also, received a complaint nos.[protected] & [protected]. Till now, no body has turned to rectify the same and keep on telling that it will be done today or two days like that. today evening somebody called from service centre and asked me to come on tomorrow early morning.

could't able to understand, why is it take too much of time to complete a complaint?

i really losted my patient and request to take back ur product.
