These employees did unethical work at our office they messed with the clients data and have stolen those data for their personal use. Being a company no one can let go with this kind o[censored]nethical work, also their behavior with other employees was very negative. They influenced others to stand against the company with no reasons, but nobody did that as we have a very clear and very employee friendly policy.
We believe that employees are the base for any successful company. We provide very friendly and very professional atmosphere to all our employees as well as for our clients too. These are employees with negative perspective (They proved it by submitting a complaint here) and we felt that they were harmful to the company's reputation so we terminated them and to take revenge of their termination they submitted complaints here which is completely wrong. Being a client I do agree with resources, and I find that Mr Anand Nair do not able to show enough evidence to me for their quality work to me on blink.com project. milecore is a big failure for web development and software development part. my sympathy with hignesh, shraddha, tejas and surekha. such company should ban so India's name could not get spoiled in international market.

I worked with Milecore for six month and they committed me successful development of my client's projects. I bring huge mobile application projects to them but they are not able to do it and project they are doing are not get completed on time and with quality. Clients are shouting on me and non of management team member are ready to take a call with client. So, I decided not to continue with Milecore and like other development and marketing team members, I am leaving the company and filing case to get my dateless cheque back as per fake bond. I urge other milecore employes to leave the company and do not come at all under the pressure of bond. It is fake bond just to create pressure the team so they do not change company in spite o[censored]n ethical work, late night shift and many activity against law like mid night drinking at dry state of Gujarat. Chandan Sinha may not know about separate division of Anand CEO and Khyati CTO's another combine company where they outsource Milecore's client & projects to make all Patel group fool. There are huge disputes among management and CTO stopped coming to office since many weeks now. Do not spoil your career like Me by joining milecore technologies.
