[Resolved]  Milton Flask — water gets cooled quickly

We had been a regular customer of milton flasks and waterbottles from years togather. I had been satified with the product. But recently we got really dissapointed by the product because of a dealer.

We had purchased a milton flask two months back worth 650/-model no omega-500ml(superbrand).from a nearby super market.But the flask would cool the hot water in four hours.After four hours the water will be little warm but by fifth hour it will be cooled.We compalint it to the dealers who gave us funny reply telling that on the flask it is written that" flask will be hot for hours" and that (for) hours has to be( four )hours which is a typo error.This is really pathetic since we are a regular milton customer and I know the product well.Please help us
