I have purchase a Two wheeler Electronic Security System from Bhubaneswar Last October 13,2011, vide Product Sl. No. 387738 for my Hero Honda Splender Plus. But unfortunately it gives problems two times with one and half month. 1st problem, Lock not working and 2nd problem is Automatic Locked during travelling. But here in Bhubaneswar the customer service is very bad, they are not providing door service and totally monopoly customer service from the end. And also the customer care of Minda Corporation poople are same as Bhubaneswar. Please take necessary action at your end.
