I have purchased Flat from MSR in there in Sep2008, agreed possession date on March 2010. They had not mentioned any possession date in the agreement. Now the project has got delayed by more than 15months & still work is not completed. Site executive giving the false commitments & no senior management is ready to meet us.
I tried contacting one of the Director to check possession date but he is not answering the call & if answers the phone talks very rudely.
I had already paid 90% of the amount.
Can someone please help me out from this situation & provide me the guidance to take legal action against such builder.
