[Resolved]  mitashi / protable dvd player 7067 — dvd movies not playing or recongnised

i bought mitashi tft 7607 portable dvd player 27th jan 2009, reliance digital retail cunningham road bangalore. at that time they given us used player and then we complained, they gave us credit note for the same and wait for new one, giving credit note is proved that they at 1st they cheated us give second hand or used player, who says Dirubai Abanis are not cheats, this deal it self proves it, let Ambanis take a note of this deal, then they called us gave a new player after 10 days it started give trouble and misbehaving, if i play dvd it runs for 1mitute and hangs or stop playing, otherwise refuses to recognise the dvd, and they provided defective ear phone, sound comes one side only, where is the quality check god knows
