Mr hardeep singh bhatia an reputed Architect i advice you to first introspect whether your position and course of action is totally flaw less, the way in which you have approached mitra interiors was it justified, the kind of assitance and guidance you have given to the party was it justified, due to already delayed project which was later given to mitra interiors that too with out making things clear, mitra inteirors had to suffer a lot. and if you are very professional than why your other project in the same site also suffered. i feel you should look the things from all aspects. and in future for god's sake don't create same situation for any body else.

Your way of interacting with customers is disgusting, remove Pulak Mitra, you have a lot of complaints from Talpuri, you are a disgusting service provider and your company is a thief, your operations should be stopped immediately.

mr a c shrivastavji i really regret for your inconvenience, but the grantee is always of things which are not very fast perishable like structure, foams and other harware articles but the composite leather is something which depends on use and handling and at the same time even the manufacturing company is also not giving any grantee for that, but we have told to many of our customers to send the sofa to our factory and select the upholstery and give us, we will change it at our end and bear the labor cost and this has been done to some of our customers. any time you can check the quality inside of the luxurious sofa which is very important vis a vis life is concern.
mitra interiors — excellent work but bit delayed
we had placed order for wardrobes and sofa for completed project, worth 4 laces the design, concepts, and quality were excellent, we were very much satisfied with that part but the project was delayed by a month.i suggest them to any how improve this and cautious the upcoming client regarding the deadline. but can be confidant about the quality.Contact Information
