[Resolved]  MNM Trading Solution Pvt / STAR CJ Network India Private Limited (Franchisee) — I did not receive full set of mobile as per company policy

This is to inform you that yesterday on 28/10/2010 I placed an order online for Samsung champ mobile. On 29/10/2010 next day I received the parcel.but i was told that you will get free gift kit along with the mobile such as free STK min stereo speaker,scratch guard, but i did not received any speaker in the box. I asked courier guy but they did not reply me....

Request you to pls look at this issue as soon as possible....

27th March 2008
I am an airtel Subscriber for the past one year.
till ;last month my number was under multiple Catagory with Ilantus Technologies Bangalore.
My usage average per month is around Rs 900.00

On 26th Feb 2008 received BBill for Feb 2008 for Rs 917.00 which I paid through Check #000550 State Bank of India.

This is debited in my account with bank on 3rd March 2008

On 2nd March my Mobile Number [protected] was transfered to my individual name as per my request

On 5th March 2008 received another bill from Airtel for Rs 110.00.
this I paid through StateBank Of India Check # 000552 on 6th March 2008.
this is debited by my bank in to my account on 9th March 2008

On 26th Of March 2008 I received SMS message and a call from Airtel Bangalore intimating me that Total Due As on 23rd March 2008 is Rs1774.00 and if I do not make immidiate payment of Rs1800.00 within 24 hours my Out going call service will be suspended.

I am shocked. Even after making payments as stated above the above is the threat.

I request you to immidietely look in to this and let e know the outcome

My usage has not increased a bit for theis month, and my cell phone has always been with me as always.

Thank a lot to star CJ network for giving me free gift.After registering complaint to star cj, They courier me my parcel with all other stuff which where missing in the previous parcel. Thank for customer support they guided me each time when I called up, There was a outbond call from star cj to handel my issue...

but still need to improve To serve better...

Under The above mentioned bill details you have supplied Jar Mixer Grinder Digital Category under item Code No [protected]/sku:001.is not working on opening of the packet on the date of delivery itself. I was assured by one M/s Humaira that item will be replaced shortly. I again reminded them on Telephone no 33073307 on 10Nov 2010. I am sorry to inform you that i did not get firm commitment. I could sense that they are simply buying time and testing my patience.
May i expect that the item will be replaced immediately?

This is to inform you that on 22/03/20101, I placed an order online for Sony Ericsson mobile on 25/03/2011 Friday to STAR CJ NETWORK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, when I was seeing STAR CJ programme on Television. I received the parcel with free gift 1/ Provogue Kit ROI and 2/ Blue Tooth as i was told that you will get free gift kit along with the mobile. But the Blue Tooth is not functioning and there is no USB Connector with Parcel. I asked courier guy but he told me, if you have any complain about produt after open the parcel than talk with MNM TRADING SOLUTION PVT Ltd. I called them for inform about this problem, but no one receive my call at[protected] after calling several time on 26/03/2011 from 14.00 Hrs to !6.00 Hrs.
Request you to please look at this issue as soon as possible...

I purchased Sunflame Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove (ROI) item Code 102157 from M/s MNM Trading Solution Private Limited, Franchisee of STARCJ network India private limited. I received product as per order no [protected] and also the free gift like Sunflame Mixer Grinder Shakti DX item Code 102164 on 20.07.2011, shipper no.[protected] through GATI Ltd., on COD Basis. I have already paid total amount Rs. 5590 including VAT/CST vide retain invoice no.[protected] addressing Village Sampka – Jamalpur, Pataudi Road, Tehsil Pataudi Guraon, Haryana Pin 123503 dated 17/07/2011. The product was installed on 22.07.2011 by Company Person (M/s Sunflame) on request. On 23rd Morning 5.00 a.m. during cooking the glass top of the Gas Stove busted. The Company was informed at 6.00 a.m. through help line no.[protected] and subsequently after many reminders two persons came for inspection of the product – apologized verbally and ensure that the product would be collected back and money would be refunded within 72 hours from the day of taking back the product. However the product was collected back on 27th July 2011 through Gati Ltd vide shipper no.[protected]. On 2nd August 2011 around 3.00 p.m. representative of company rang me & collected account no. and details of bank etc. for refund the money direct in my account. I was assured that the money would be transferred in my account within 72 hours. But since the lapse of those 72 hours I have been regularly ringing on customer care daily upto 4-5 times in a day. Unfortunately many times none of the higher official is willing/not having time to talk with the customer. But at times when they get time to talk the customer they would ensure me that I will get my money back with in 24 to 72 hours. These excuses are continuing till date i.e.[protected]. STAR CJ SHOULD ALSO TAKE THE ORDERS FROM ALL THE DISTRICTS.I AM FROM YAVATMAL DISTRICT.
Order is placed by me on 27 th sept.for 2nos of happy call double side and 2 nos of sanjvee kapoor gas tandro, in which i recive only 2 nos. of sanjvee kapoor gas tandor.my order no is[protected]. Pl. send my order which is pending with you.if the prodct is not aviable.then refund my payment wich is made by cried card.
I have order Inalsa Food Processor Wonder Maxie through their website but I was delivered Inalsa Food Processor Wonder Maxie which is a lower version of the model and also which is damaged. I have been calling Star CJ no. for last 2 months but no actions are been taken by them to either replace or return the same. It seems this agency-MNM TRADING SOLUTION PVT which delivered the material is complete fraud and the entire channel is playing with the money of the Indian people. Legal actions needs to be taken against the channel.

I request the Jago Grahak and Consumer Forum to instruct the company not to defraud the customers and supply the product as shown the channel. I strongly agreed with the affected customers that the said company is a total fraud and cheating the people openly. Further I do not understand why the CJ Star channel is accomodating such fraud companied on their network.

Dear Sir, I have ordered Design Nail Studio on 27/07/2013 from STAR CJ ALIVE. With an order i was to receive 24 pics of coloressence nail polish and Manicure Station as a gift along with design nail studio. I just received design nail studio and Manicure station on 31/07/2013 but not 24 pics of coloressence nail polish. I have been complaining from 31/07/2013 every week, but no proper responses is given by any member of customer care. On every call they are saying that produced will be refund. I told them to give me the free gift of 24 pics of coloressence nail polish which is pending instead of refund, even i was ready to place an order for an other product of star c j, so that you can send the nail polish along with it which was not delivered. But they are denying to give me. Sir this shows clear intention of not giving 24 pics of coloressence nail polish They gave me a address of MNM Trading Solution pvt. Ltd Franchise of star C J Network India Pvt. Ltd, but till now no one has come to pick up the product. Sir i humble request you to take action.
