Dear Sirs,
I, Dr Santimoy Mukherjee, wish to bring under the notice of the consumer forum in particular and many gullible consumer in general about the method of cheating adopted by M/S MTS mobile company.I am using the MTS Nunber [protected] for the last few years.Time and again they send messages regarding different recharge options,in spite of my number [protected] is registered with the DO NOT CALL registry protocol system. One such message
mow and then repeatedly advises me to recharge with Rs 60 to get Rs 52 talk time balance plus 60 minutes talk time. On 27/ 7/13 I purchased the same by e-recharge.I got Rs 52 in the main balance but no 60 minutes talk time within 72 hrs as promised.I had discussed the matter with their customer care but neither they gave satisfactory answer, nor they lodged any complaint against it.
So my request to the forum please take steps to book this defaulting authority and sent alert to TRAI.
Thanking you,
yours faithfully
Dr Santimoy Mukherjee,

Mobile Phone Service Provider — No response to have a portable (same) mobile number with another service provider
Dear Customer Support Department,I, Sachin Kalaskar, has a BPL mobile no., which is [protected].
Please note that I have been trying to get the above mobile number changed into a portable mobile number for quite sometime. For the whole of last month, I have made numerous calls to your organisation (Customer Care number: 800). But, there has been no co-operation from your end.
I want my number to be a portable one and as per the TRAI laws, I as a customer has the right to get one.
Please support me on the above, or else I have no other option, but to go the legal way. I would approch our Customer Grevience Court for the same.
Hope you will do the needful to avoid the above scenario.
