[Resolved]  Money Order — delay of money order

I have send a Money Order of Rs.2000/- on the name of my mother Shri Padmavati Amma and Rs.2000/- to my sister Chandravati Amma.
eMUPNR No:[protected] and eMUPNR No:[protected] , Date-29-AUGUST-2009, which was sent to Padamavati amma and chandravati amma,ellumvilayil house, poruvazhy,chathakulam post,Quilon district, Kerala-690520
This Money Order is yet to receive by them. where have this money order gone? what is the current status and why this money order is geting so delay.
Please suggest.
