Dear Sir, Complaint Non issuance of Statement of Account/ Foreclosure letter. We have availed loan of Rs. 4.70 Cr. A/c No. 587395 dated 27th Feb, 2010. We raised queries from time to time first dated 28.05.2010, which has not been responded which was required for the reconciliation. 1. Details of disbursal amount of Rs. 4.70 Cr 2. Processing fees charge 1% instead of 0.75% as per sanctioned. 3. Details of Pre-EMI charged that is installments was disbursed after 1 and 11/2 month of sanction but interest charged in shape of Pre-EMI is from the date of sanction. 4. Detail of Rs.2,00,000/- debited 5. Fore closure penalty not to be charged after 1 year. 6. I Pravinchandra Natwarlal Dave, Residance at 17, Manthan Tenaments & Duplex, Near Shriji Bunglows, Narol, Ahmedabad-382443. My Mobile No. [protected].I was taken Housing Loan From Monyline on 18/04/2008. of Rs.[protected]
@ 14.50% and tenure 180 Months. my First Installment start on 01/07/2008.
Now untill Today I Paid regular all My Installment.
My Comlaint as under:
1. I have to close my above loan A/c. and i give written application on 03/09/2010.
2. There are Recepinst mrs. Chetali teken this application and told us to come after 7-8 days and collect your fourcloser letter.
3.We contact on[protected] by taliphonic contact with mrs.Chetali, she was told us to still today not geting approval form head office. & and told us to contact after 15 day.
4. we asking to mrs. chetali for why you take tomuch time for approval above over fourcloser letter. than she was told us to this is company policy. and dont distrup me.
5. I have to request you to please contact to those peopel, and get details why thery are not interested to close my loan. And who paid interest after my applicaton date.
