[Resolved]  moser baer india limited — provident fund not received

dear sir,

1. i was employed with moser baer india limited, new delhi.
2. my provident fund no. is. DL/11028/9908.
3. I had submitted the provident fund withdrwal form to the branch office. but due to some error same has been returned by your office.
4. i was informed the same by moser baer delhi office, the very next day i had submitted the provident fund withdrwal form to Mr. Arvind Singh, moser baer india limited delhi. office.
5. now whenever i contacted concerned person in moser baer delhi office Mr. Arvind Singh i am not getting any response from him.
6. dear sir, kindly intervene in this matter, and help me to get my provident fund money.
7. or kindly suggest can i submit the provident fund withdrwal form directly to your office.
