There is provision that builder should not charge for the parking. I have booked flat in "The Metropolitan" Chinchwad. They have charged Rs 1,00,000/- for the open parking. This thing is not written in the agreement of sale, but it is mentioned on the quotation. This qotation is signedby te marketing executive.
