I had recd. a interest breakup on 05th aug 2011, but the brekup given by them have got many issue so I next day send a mail reg. the same but till date that is no response from there end.

Hi Kalpita/ Mr. Krishnan,
There are few points for which I want clarification:
1. The cheques sent by me were not submitted at correct time :
a. Cheque no. 671451 on 9th Jun 2010 was kept till 17 Jun 2010.
b. Cheque no. 626482 on 17th Jun was kept till 23rd Jun 2010.
c. Cheque no. 626483 on 2nd Jul was kept till 12th Jul 2010.
2. The first demand letter I recd. was on 12th of Jun 2010 asking for Rs. 10,63,126/- before this I was not intimated for any Demand from LODHA Dwellers people.
3. According to your breakup you have asked for Slab 1 was due on 26 May but the payment you asked for Plinth was due on 12 Jun. Pls let me know the slab was initiated first or the plinth.
4. Cheque No. 6710 dated 16th Sept. 2010 for Rs 8,58,132.00/- this amount was adjusted towards Plinth, Slab 1,2 & Slab 3. There was a balance amount of Rs. 3,135- which you have not mentioned in 4th Slab. Which is affecting further breakup. Because for plinth you have already adjusted Rs. 16,150/- and Rs. 3,135/-.
5. According to the payment plan given by LODHA the Payment of Brick Work will be asked after 9th Slab but you have adjusted the same in a single short in the month of Oct. 2010 whereas till that time 5th slab work was done and slab 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th were under construction.
