[Resolved]  M/s Mind Mart Bhubaneswar — non deposit in epf account

Dear Sir/Madam

I have worked under Mind Mart Allied Manpower Service Provider (At- C-43, 2nd Floor, Market Building, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar -751001, Ph[protected], FAX[protected], [protected]@yahoo.co.in) from 23.06.2008 to 30.11.09 and they deducted @ Rs. 800/month from my salary towards the expenditure of EPF but till now no single rupees deposited in EPF account and no any details given by them regarding EPF. it not only happen with me but also several worker suffered the same problem. So it is requested to you kindly take necessary step against the concerned out source organisation and save the worker who cheated by them

I personally dont agree with mr. Susant pattanaik's comment bcoz i and 11 friends of mine are working under m/s Mind Mart for the past 7 years and we have got all our epf and esi deposits deposited and the challan given to us. They are the best and are very cooperative.. My advise to mr.pattanaik is to visit their oofice and you

mind mart through job is permanent or a govt employee in future as regular basic. pls confirm about .

some question in mind for a out sourcing job is regular..
the tender of govt as lapses in any year or time. that after who is responsible for your future guaranty..mind mart is man power supply company ...which is provide job is temporary

kindly clearly describe the provide job is secure and future .we work as a regular basic and salary as same as a govt norm roll and policy

This Mind Mart is really disgusting company.
A major Company ECIl is vendoring Mind Mart for Man Power, FOR NPR PROJECt.
But these Mind Mart Guys is not giving salary at proper time.
And not a single penny is deposited in any of the consultants account.
Dont ever join under mind mart

Mind Mart consultancy is fake or not inform me by email i.e. [protected]@gmail.com . Is it taking any project from ECIl ?
If yes then inform me which type of project and is it permanent or temporary and also tell me package as soon as possible ?
