Sir,
I am a customer of above mentioned gas services & my customer no. is 46034. I have make a booking for refiling on 04/09/2009 through customer care. Almost 12 days passes but I have not receive the same. On enquiery over telephone they told it will take more time to deliver.
In this situation my question is if a booking is made after 21 days of delivery of a cylinder (this rule is make by them) and after booking it will take 2 or 2.5 weeks to deliver what will do a single cylinder holder ?
Please look after the matter.

there is a very poor service and no one attending the phone calls

Code: 99132078 Complaints - Poor Service:i just want to say that when the gas is booked by a person then why that gas is not delivered to that person as soon as as possible .the gas which you sent for the people through MANTA DA WHO IS A BLACK SELLER & ALL THE GASES ARE SOLD THAT IN THE BLACK.
SO. I REQUESTED YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE MANTA DA...
M/S Moonlight Gas Service. 19 G.T. Road(Manashatala), P.O. Bhadreswar. Code: 99132078 Complaints - very poor Service: persons of above not doing anything help for customer, not deliver gas proper way, takes time 40 to 50 days not updated their online service deliver book. as i recd gas on 17.3.12 but online service tell delivered their record on 7.3.12.
Please take quick action against the serice centre as all we take gas at the proper way

Respected Sir,
I want to know that what the procedure is for name transfer in LPG gas connection. The mentioned consumer no allotted to Sri S R Mitra Mazumdar, who has no more with us.
After expire of my father now I want to transfer the mentioned consumer connection to my elder sister Smt Shampa Chatterjee, because I have not live in Bhadreshwar due to my service. Now I am stay at Hyderabad. So, I have not any objection if the mentioned consumer connection transfer to my elder sister name. Now I want to know that what the legal procedure in paper is, please advise me and hope that you will be co-operate with me. For your information, my mother and I both are ready to give NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE regarding this matter. Please you do need full action at your end as earliest and send your valuable suggestion and also mentioned the necessary amount needed for this matter. I do not want to delay because two years already passes, my father expired.
