I am Bhavana Mehta. I purchased a flat in Parmar Square, Kharadi. Its agreement was done on 29th Nov. 2007 and we got the possession on 18th Dec' 07. The Builder has not yet transferred the electric meter to my name. Since 1.5 years we are regularly paying the electricity bill which is coming on the name of Jugraj Parmar(owner of parmar construction company); we have requested him so many times to transfer it to our name but he is not doing it.
I have attached a copy of possesion letter and recent electricity bill (May-2009).
Please do the needful.

I m also a flat owner in parmar square but i put up in USA.I also bought the flat but was highly disappointed by the way things turned up there.Lifts often are non-functional, Securty is a mess, Water problem still persists and what not...We also contacted the builders for many issues at the time of possession but all a waste.They are ALL A BUNCH O[censored]SELESS, DECEITFUL, INSENSITIVE PEOPLE...I THINK BUILDERS LIKE HIM SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING SUCH BUSINESS.
