The Commercial Officer (Advertisement) M.C.D., Civic Centre , New Delhi-110002 has entrusted with the task of maintenance of sub way at Tatar Pur, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi 110027 to M/s. Pioneer Publicity Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Jhandewala, New Delhi. The agency is not maintaing the sub way as per the terms and conditions of the agreement for maintenance . There is no flood lights, no security guards, no proper arrangement of cleanniness. The sub way has become a den of gonda elements. In this regards a report with photos have been published in The Dainik Jagran Daily dt.[protected].
Besides complaints have been made to Mr. B.N.Singh, O.S.D.(Advertisments) Nigam Bhawah , Kashmiri Gate on[protected] and th Sh. A.K.Bhardwaj , Commercial Officer ,(Advertisment) , Civic Centre, M.C.D., New Delhi. But they have not taken any action against the publicity agency. Will The Commissioner M.C.D. look into the genuion public grievance and ensure that proper lightening , security and cleanniness in sub way at Tatar Pur and take strict action against the M/s. Pioneer Publicity Corporation, so called maintaining agency of the said sub way.

No Lights in Corporation Subway — No Lights in Subway
The Subway in the GST Road leading to Alandur near Kathippara junction is in very bad condition that people cannot use it. It has no lights in it so it is completely dark even in day time, which is very unsafe for the people to use it even at day times.
