Further there is no automatic switchover from DG to the electricity line and
vice versa causing a lot of inconveniences to the residents.

not in compliance with prescribed standards of drinking water, which is 500-700
TDS value. This issue is right from the beginning and we intimated you orally
as well as in writing. However, you have not provisioned anything for the
benefit of the residents. In our past meetings, on our suggestions you had
assured to install RO plant so that the water supply will be fit for drinking
to avoid adverse effect on our skin and stop hair fall.
In Oct’13, we have occupied
our flats/apartments and since then Apple Facility is facilitating operations
in our society and they don’t have adequate quantity of spares with them to run
services whereas Tulip/Apple had already taken Rs.2.50 per Sq. Ft. since day
one for 2 Years. Due to this our very small-small day-to-day problems are
getting delayed and can’t be fulfilled by them on same or next business day.
Also the service team deployed by Apple is of very poor quality and they don’t
have adequate qualifications and know how to rectify issues quickly and on
time. This is a case of extracting undue money from resident at an unreasonably
high rate and thereby not delivering the proportional and compensatory quality
services and falls within ambit of cheating & misrepresentation.

you are blaming project is not completed around more tan 90 families is living there and there is not a single complaint from them. our all kind of amenities is also operational like( pool, club, gymnasium, etc)
so its my humble request to you dont put these kind of comments about company reputation .
