[Resolved]  MSS travels/Omni bus service — Need to cancel the online booking

The most Cheating travels services - MSS travels.

I have booked 2 tickets from chennai to salem on friday thru mssbuss.com. After select the
buses and dates a message displayed like Cancellation is not allowed for this booking. I called
msstravels and asked about the cancellation. They said you can cancel, the message will display
normally.

After some days when i tried to cancel the 2 tickets the site is not allowed to cancel.
I called again to MSS office. They simply said you cannot cancel this type of booking.
This is special services, so cancellation is not allowed.

They cheated passengers and not responded properly. Totally Rs 1200 I have lost.
There is no rules for cancellation for special buses. If we want to cancel the reservartions they should allow it. However if we unable to go in this bus,they would sold out our tickets with huge fare.

How can I get back my money from MSS.

Friends please dont go MSS bus online reservation You may lose ur amount. This is a
cheating services and most poor bus serviecs. So please use some other travels.
MSS cheating travels. Mettur super services the Most Swindle Services.

Hi Friends,

I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Dharmapuri on 6th jan 2012 for 13th Jan 2012 as travel date. I realized that instead of 10 Pm, i have done it for 10AM. Hence, I cancelled the tickets immediately on the same day 6th Jan 2012. I was said with an message on the site that I would get the amount back in 2 days. After 20 days have not received. After many calls to the no: [protected] (For net booking issues) they say that I will not be given any amount as they havent accepted the cancellations for those tickets booked for Pongal.

You can see that I have booked on 6th Jan 2012 and cancelled on the day. He is not going to be affected any way. Still they cheat and steal money from us like this. (I lost 800 Rupees...)

My humble advice to the users are not to go for this travls. In the name of special bus, they empty our pocket.

Just I have shared this to all, so that you may me aware of this travels and be cautious before using this travels to save your/My/Our money.

The Worst travels I have seen in terms of customer Service.

Actually I have booked the ticket in MSS sleeper A/C for 17 July 2016(sunday).But they have cancelled the trip due to BUS break down and need to reach chennai with my wife and kid at any cost to attend office(monday) since there is no tickets available in some other travels too(sold out - its an sunday)so i requested them to change the same sleeper seats in alternate timing at 11pm sleeper bus which comes from coimbatoreand they never listen my words and understand my crtical situation with my kid and suffered lot on sunday.Finally they arranged A/C semi sleeper from some other company and it came one hour late and there is lot of mosquitoes in the waiting area then i requested for refund of amount which i am travelled in A/C semi sleeper since i booked the ticket for sleeper and office guy was shouting and fighting with me in rude manner and felt very bad on that day.MSS is becoming worst service provider now a days and suitable for family with kid.It is showing the poor management and staff behaviour and losing the customer trust.
