[Resolved]  MTEK POWER — POOR PERFORMANCE OF BATTERY

i have registered a complaint with complaint number 9572 on 30/04/2011
in MTEK POWER regarding the performance of the battery.
sir we have purchased microtek BATTERY model number 18M UPSEB 1800
S/R G[protected] on 06/11/2009 which is within the warranty period but to explain you sir the PRODUCT is performing at its poorest level. the distributor was being lodged with complaint about it 6 times but everytime he just sends a boy who says nothing about it. nor the distributor is serious regarding the product. Kindly take appropriate action regarding the battery as i am very much troubled with the service your distributor KAMBOJ TRADERS

Dear Sir,

I have Purchase Microtek Inverter UPSEB850 & Battery Model No.24M*UPSEB1600 & Serial No W[protected] on July, 2010. But Battery backup is only 1 or 2 hours. So I requested to you my battery check & found what's problem in the battery.Please take neccessary action as early as possible and confirm me immediately. I am very sad for one month because battery backup is not enough. My childrens suffers study.

So I requested to you my battery check & found what's problem in the battery.Please take neccessary action as early as possible and confirm me immediately. I am very sad for one month because battery backup is not enough. My childrens suffers study. Please sent Microtek Inverter & Battery Assmble & despetch date of agra dilars my product warranty card will be lost . thanks

Dear Sir,
I have purchase Microtek inverter model no. UPSEB860 seriel no.11BGPNS99121 Battery model no.36MET650 seriel no.GT[protected] on 2nd April 2011 but Battery Backup is 1/2 to 1 hour. I request you to check the battery as soon as possible.
