We Have Come to Know that You Have Registered a Complaint Against Muneshwara Motors , We Want to Clarify That We Are Not cheating Any Customors , Plese Kindly Note That in this Case the bike Cahin was been Cuted in two Pices And , we had went to The Customer Place at Indiranagar 100 Feet Ring Road , behind Dell , to the Custmor Place From Banashankari 3 Stage with our Motor Cycle And we had Given our Motor Cycle And taken the customer Motor Cycle And we Have Serviced and Droped at the Customer Plese in his House at J.P.NAGAR 5 PHASE NEAR MILINEUM TOWER WITH OUT Charging Any Charges ,For Bread Down Repair And Stand By Bike , Only The Thing is the Customer Has Called the Next Day he Told that the Petrol is Less , And we Told that we have taken the Bile form kormangala to Banshankari and we have also Serviced the Bile We Requied one liter to Travel and for Test Ride Also , And its the Customer Deuty to Inform the Pickup boys Thay if there is Any thing like Petrol is more and to check the Petrol while taking return By the Service People ,Thsi Customer Has Not Checked the Petrol at the time of deliver and complainting after the next day , so we Cannot take any action against the deliver Boys , And we have helped this Customer Form Picking the Bike went is center Road and geving and alternative Bike for Free , Thsi Customer has to Think if we Muneshwara Motors has not Come in time and not picked the bike and given u a alternative bike the Customer would have spent more Money for Break Down Service And more Charges to come Back home By Auto paying More Money then the Petrol , So Plese think Before Posting like These Complaints , if the Customer is complainting like we all of the service Providers have to stop all free pick and drop Back and alterativer bike services , and we have more than 10,000 happy Satisfied Customers ..



And Plese Note That we are not Her for cheating
