Is that Airtel Executives donot know the scheme what is happening? or else somehow they want to make the customer in trouble..! Since the New connection i made with the help of Executive thru telephonic conversation but what she told is everything wrong after am receiving the connection.

I had subscribed for textbasedservice but now, I really don't want it, bcoz it's deducting rs 20 from my account . I m realy messed up due to this reductions and I don't know why you come up with such a service which troubles your customers.

the reason i want why does it has been SUBSCRIBED to my number without my knowledge. These all creates unneccessary tension.
