[Resolved]  Mutual Fund — Refund Not Received till Now

R sir,
I am mutual fund Advisor (ARN-52259).I had submitted application for birla Sulife tax Relief 96 of my client Mr.naresh Laxmidas Lakhani amt Rs. 15000/-.
DD Dated 25/02/2008,
App No=T1064303,
But till now my client has not received Account statement of the same.Neither they have Refunded the amount. I had tried to find out its status online but there is no record found on web regarding the case in issue.
When I enquired about DD i came to know from the bank from which it was drawn that DD has cleared on 01/03/2008.
I have every proof with me regarding this case i.e zerox of DD, Zerox of Form, Acknowlegement of form punched at Nagpur etc.
I had made sevaral communications to Nagpur Birla Amc & cams nagpur, but the are avoiding me .Now i am really fed up with all of these communications made to them so I have approaced you.
Below is the detailed matter of communication which i had emailed to Cams &Birla.kindly go through it & help me out.
