Mystica Music Pvt. Ltd. — bad sevice of reliance

Sir,
I purchased a classic 702 Handset on 9th feb 2008 (Saturday) from Reliance communication , kalkaji but when i reached home i found some problems in the set it was not functioning properly now when i am asking to the guy who sell that handset to me is saying that dose'n know about anything, i Have to go to the service center of Classic Mobiles.i purchased that set only 1 day before why i should go to the service center, they have to give ll the service related to the problem

I have also shopped with mystica music quite a few times and had reasonably good customer service. you should try contacting them at [protected]@mysticamusic.com and you might get your problem resolved... they usually reply fast at this email... in fact they also gave me complementary gift voucher once in response to my complaint... you see, customer is the king...
