[Resolved] Myway IPTV — Dishonoring Offer commitments

MyWay had offered me FREE view of ALL Movies on Demand for Three months while marketing its IPTV. But, after giving me the connection, they now say that they have withdrawn that offer. I have got your IPTV installed at my residence Land line no.[protected]. For this I was approached by Mr. Surendra Singh who told me that at present i will have to pay Rs. 1500/- as security and I will be given one universal remote after three months when I will pay balance Rs. 500?- towards the cost of Set top box. now when three months have passed I enquired with Your representative Mr. Amit who told me that I am not entitled for the offer and Mr. Surendra Singh is not having courtesy to respond to my call even because he has made false commitments and cheated me on behalf of MYWay IPTV.
I have now posted my desire to disconnect the connection on 9ty March on your mail ID [protected]@myway.and sending reminders every 3rd day but neither my connection is disconnected nor i have received any response in this regard instead i am being harassed every day by receiving calls and SMS from Myway that my balance is Zero and services will be disrupted.
