I have also similar problem. Today is the third day that myway have not restarted the services.
I called to their Gurgaon finance department also (Have call records).

myway dth services — no response
on 8th october 09, my way representative has collected application with cheque with a promise that i would get connection with in 6 days. now it is more then 20 days, but no response. now i dont want to have their connection and services because at initial statge it self when services is so bad, at a later stage , expecting good service is foolishness. even to submit my cancellation letter, no one is there with proper response
