[Resolved]  naga gas agency — delay of gas and no proper response

Respected Sir/Madam,

As i mentioned above the Gas agency is not supplying the cylinders in proper time If we book they are saying the gas ll be delivered in one week but they are taking more than 25 days to give it.Its very difficult for us so if we go and ask them in person they are not even responding us properly so kindly take some action on them.

respected sir,
my consumer no is 36736. i deal with Naga gas Agency, Chengalpattu. i made a call to them on 24th march, but they booked on 31st march. today the date is 26 th april.rightnow my two cylinders are empty. still i have not get th cylinder. for this type of service why i want to get two cylinder connection. after one month also they will not supply.if i call again they are not responding. they are telling what u can do. go and do. pls look this matter as serious and take action on them.
