Dear All

This is regarding project at Nanded city at Pune

It has been noticed that the nanded city is not willing to share documents relating to legal ownership of land ,project before agreement is signed by purchaser.It seems that they want first customer to commit to project and are not concerned in case later the customer faces problem.Hence all are requested to check all the legal documents before commiting for project

Nanded city project is alraedy aproved by HDFC & SBI bank. We get the laon sanctiom from this bank.but still you not sure about the legal owership of land you can get information from the these banks.

This is regarding project at Nanded city at Pune

Nanded City Project Charging one time maintenance but they had put some meters in every flat for water. Now they are charging extra money for water usage :-)

There year locking period. If you booked flat in naned city then you are not able to sale that flat for 3 years. :-)

Last week I visited to see final work status before possession. They have used very cheap kind of material. The grils, aluminum sheet and other things are very Delicate. Its shows that they have used very very poor quality material in flats.

Let see what we will get in future from this project

The flats construction quality is very bad in Nande city Pune...The big water pipe is installed in living room and it is spread all rooms of flat and that too outside the wall hanging all over the flat it seems like they have not considerd the costumer satisfaction at all...The gaps between two tiles is unexpectadly large (not acceptable)..and matarial used is worst quality...Think twice before buying flat in Nanded City Pune
