[Resolved]  Nandilath G-Mart — Second quality product delivered

I had a very bad experience with this reseller , I had purchased 25litr racold water heater ,I insisted them to deliver a new one instead of the display piece ,So they asked me to wait for 3 days . after three days they delivered the same display piece with no Warranty card inside the box nothing inside it . immedietly i've called them and filed a complaint to a employer there but still they didnt respond at all .Infact i payed the full payment on the day when i ordered the item.

WHY DONT YOU JUST BUY 25 LTR WATER GHAEATER FROM "JOS ELECTRICALS", M.G.ROAD, OPP COLLEGE GROUND
Nandilath G Mart(Edappally, Cochin) - their customer service ends the moment you pay your bill. Till then, it is very good.
What Neelakantan said is absolutely correct. Their after sales service is pathetically poor.

I bought a 1 ton AC from their Edappally shop. Their AC mechanics stole the AC copper wire when they came for installation. Also charged very high for their installation

I called their manager (I think his name is Dileep, not sure) and their executive one Mr. Santhosh. They were not at all friendly. What there are saying is that they will provide the stole piece whenever I need them. After some argument they told to give it back. Its 8 months now still no response. This is their customer service after selling the goods. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND GOPU NANDILATH EDAPPALY TO ANY ONE.

I would like to share my experience with you all. I found some complaints against Nandilath G Mart, The Home Appliances dealer in Kerala. First of all i am not a representative for them. Am just sharing my experience only.

Last week i have visited their Thrissur shop at Kuruppam Road to service my SAMSUNG LCD TV which i had bought 1 yr back. The truth is the warranty period is just over by 1 month. And i was not sure that i will get service there. But it was amazing they were ready to service my product for free. And only i had to spend petrol charge only. Now i agree with them, that is they are really No.1 Home Appliances Dealer in Kerala both in Sales and Service.

I think the people those who post complaint here should check their approach, We dont need to be angry with them for any complaints with the products. Because electronic products are so fragile and it may be our problem o[censored]se that cause the damage. If you approach them gently they are very heplful to us.

And i got a chance to talk to the Nandilath G Mart Group Chairman MR. GOPU NANDILATH, a very nice personality. And his humbleness made him top of this industry. I came to know that they have got ISO certification for quality and i got the image from google, i have attached with this blog. And MR> GOPU NANDILATH was honored with the business achievement award from the honorable Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri OOMMEN CHANDI.
I purchased one ONIDA AC from this Nanthilath at Edapally. Within one month it stopped working. I complained to them and it took one week for them to send a man to attend the complaint. The problem was there was low gas in the pies... A brand new product installed by them was not filled with gas.
After some days again it stopped. I complained .This time the problem was Stabiliser. It was not properly made. They rectified it.
Last again the AC stopped. The work was attended after 5 days of complaint.
The stabiliser -V Guard- stopped. Nos they are telling that I have take it to their shop and get it repaired and them go and collect it back ...
What a trouble...with these useless people...

Your so called reply was total , the way you have written it makes it plain evident that you etiehr work for them or are a relative. We hear enough nonsense from them as such and do not require it from you. I for one, know from personal experience that their service is unprofessional, pathetic and pretty much non existent. The executives who handle it are arrogant and cheeky. Guys, do not buy anything from there and in case you do and find any issue within the first 7 days go there with the product and insist that they replace it with a new product then and there and do not settle for anything less. I for one need the expected value for my money and we should'nt let them make us fools.
