narendra bordia — bsnl telephone not working since more than a month

Respected Sir,

I am utterly disappointed to inform you that my BSNL landline no[protected] has not been working since last almost 2 months. I have been repeatedly making complains but all in vain. I am giving you the details of complains made for your information.

Complain no- [protected] dt 5-4-2012, [protected] dt[protected], [protected] dt[protected].

Other than these complains i have been to our exchange office en number of times and have made personal complains.

I have paid 2 years advance rent but now it seems that it was a great mistake. My father is retired and is a cardiac patient.

Please look into the matter and arrange to do the needful or i will have to look out for some other better service provider. I have been using bsnl landline no since almost 32 years.
