[Resolved]  National Auto Wheels, Hadapsar, Pune — Arrogant Customer Service

I decided to buy Tata Manza using company lease. Company have a tie up with National Auto for Tata cars. Initially the sales manager talked very nicely. I wanted it on Sep 9th or 10th on account of auspicious day. The sales manager confirmed that I will receive the car on the day. I kept on calling almost everyday to confirm if he is on track ( BTW he never bothered to call). Payment was made by my company in time. On 8th Sept as well the manager confirmed that I can pick up on 9th. On 9th he didnt pick up the phone. On 10th I was all excited to pick up the car. Me & my family were planning to go there and take the delivery of the car. Upon calling on 10th the manager said that the car isnt ready and will take 3-4 days more. I was upset about it because from 11th there was Paksh and I was not going to take delivery of the car for next two weeks. I had clearly mentioned it to him. He was just IGNORANT about customer requirement. So I had to wait for another 2 weeks, he didnt even bother to apologize or he DID NOT EVEN call me. It was his EGO that didnt allow him to call me and the reason - I was upset with him because he didnt deliver the car as he promised.

BTW the car was in ok condition, no major glitches. Some minor problems as expected in Tata car.

Now I went for first servicing at their service station. Its 25 km from my place .. way out of the town. I request the service manager to drop it home. He said there is a charge of Rs.100-200. When I said it doesnt fit the customer service concept. They open the service center 25 km out of the city and asking me for the delivery isnt correct. When I said whats the point in bringing it to your service center. He said its ok if you dont bring it in. In a sense he meant that we dont want customers. He clearly said that I can go to another service station and guess what ? He was in-charge manager of service station ? He also was very very arrogant in talking. In both cases they didnt even think that they are hurting the customer and not meeting the promise that they made.

This is called as Customer Service. I would recommend not to go to National Autowheels in anyways for sales or service.

I have had a similar experience with this service center. The service offered is pathatic, you need to do extensive followup, you don't get feedbacks about the work done and top of that the vehicle is held in the servicwe center for a long time unattended.

If you are a sensible and sensitive customer, National Autowheels is not the right place for your vehicle...
I agree national autowheel is horrible, present sale treatment is as like you are king then after payment they treat you as you are beggar u have to keep on begging for your car, staff doesn't know their process don't know there responsibilities, wrong commitments no follow ups, they don't have value for your time your money, they don't value you. Also moreover they are not cared for your concern n problems
