Dear sir, My father was taken policy from Star Health and allied Insurance co ltd in year 21/03/09 to 20/03/10 next renewal was 23/03/10 to 22/03/11 again renewal from National Insurance co 23/03/11 to 22/03/12 in this period plan to treatment for his eye and inform to insurance company and MD India after consult to doctor says to make cataract operation after that submitted for claim to MD India dated 07 Jun 2011 Reject the Claim dated 15/12/2012 Under following reason 1.Policy Coverage for 1 year towards to national insurance 2..Eye Cataract Illness is since 2 month as per Discharge summary . 3. as per claim document patient underwent treatment for cataract surgery as per policy terms and condition treatment for cataract is excluded for first year of operation of policy hence we repudiate the claim as per clause 4.3 4.as policy terms and condition calim is not payble actual my policy was take over by national insurance co ltd directly and my two year policy from Star Health please guide me what can i do thanks rajesh Was this information helpful? | |||

MY CLAIM FOR ACCIDENTAL MEDICAL IMPLANT TEETH SURGERY IS NOT CONSIDERED FOR SETTLEMENT UNDER STAFF GROUP MEDICLAIM POLICY. WHAT SHALL I DO NEXT?
ACCIDENTAL DENTAL SURGERY IS PAYABLE BY ALL GENERAL INSURANCE CO, THE CLAIM IS ADMISSABLE.

Policy no 351010/31/15/[protected] & claim no 351010131156196018556request for the issuance of duplicate cheque was sent on 29.01.2016 as the original one lost but after five months no new cheque issued by the company

Sir,Our motor cycle CG 11 ZE 5371 was theft at 5 JUNE 2007 NAGPUR and the report of same has been lodged with the Police Department and National Insurance Co. Ltd., I have not yet recieved my insurance claim.
